"Aresti *Estate Selection* 2008 Sauvignon Blanc" from Chili's Curico Valley, this wine has yellow straw color with greenish tones. On the nose the wine is very intense, with prominent tropical aromas like passion fruit and citrus aromas such as grapefruit and lemon. In the mouth it is refreshing, flavorful, balanced and rounded. A perfect compliment to the Tuna special this week.
